This position reports to Rob Paradis. The associate will be a team member working in the field for companies: Junk Bear. This will involve a multitude of tasks while working outside and inside homes and businesses. It will involve driving dump trucks, pick-ups, and trailers. This position is labor-intensive and can require long hours in all four seasons of the year. The time spent doing the tasks below will vary depending on the season and stage of business. The person in this role should be flexible with their time, and the same will be reciprocated by the manager/owner. The associate can address the manager/owner with questions or concerns at any point of employment. Open door policy.
