Junk Bear LLC is fantastic. I used this company to remove an old couch that was in poor condition and some other miscellaneous items. I contacted two companies for a price comparison. The other company (not Junk Bear) was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. Junk Bear LLC was transparent about pricing and responsive while still be respectful. I am most impressed by their respect because I am a single woman with a history of trauma and it is not easy to invite unknown men into my home. I felt safe and comfortable with them in my home. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this group. All of my calls were answered promptly and with detailed information. These gentlemen went above and beyond on my behalf. They were prompt arriving. I didn’t have hours to wait. Gave me an exact date and time. They actually contacted me to come earlier than expected. It was much appreciated. The rest of my day was mine. I’d use their services again without giving it a second thought and will definitely recommend to others. Not only was a lot of objects removed from my basement but they also dismantled a deck and hauled it all away.
Had Junk Bear come in to clean out my office of all the furniture. Kind of a last minute request because I procrastinated getting this done, they replied immediately to my initial inquiry and were able to get it done. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, got everything cleaned out exactly as promised and at a very fair price. Amazing Company. Extremely personable and professional. They picked up the phone right away when I called to have my hot tub removed and they literally got out and removed it the very next day. Very conscious of their work and their environment. They cut the tub up (was indoor tub with room built around it) and disposed of it in about 45 mins. Everything cleared out and spit-shined clean in under an hour. Highly, highly recommended and will absolutely be using them again for future projects. Very, very thankful on multiple levels (price, response time, personable, quick work) that I came across Junk Bear!
Their service is GREAT and they have been able to come the same day that I called which I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised nice people to do business with. If you don't have access to truck or other means to get rid of the junk they can help you and fair price as well GREAT people!
