We start the process by sending one of our managers onsite to walk through your hoarder house. They will take pictures and a video while analyzing the volume of stuff that needs to be hauled away. During this process we’ll determine a min and max number of 15 cubic yard dump truck loads that it will take our team to clean out the entire house. We’ll compose a formal quote in our system with details, pictures and cost estimations of the job. Once approved, we’ll block off time and truck teams within our schedule. Most hoarder house clean outs range from 10-30 dump truck loads and takes us 2-4 days to complete. We typically complete these jobs with 8-12 team members. Lead time is usually only a week or sooner!

We take the proper precautions to keep the team members who are clearing out the home safe with proper PPE. We use gloves, masks, Tyvek suits and respirators if need be. Not all of the stuff that we remove will end up in the landfill either as we really do try to recycle, repurpose, reuse, donate and resell as many items as possible. There’s a lot of people in need in our community and we’ll gladly give back to them when we can!
